1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saurabh Infosys ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the GrowDaily mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using GrowDaily, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use GrowDaily. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

GrowDaily is a confidence-building mobile application that helps users develop everyday confidence through small, real-world daily actions, optional reflection, and progress tracking. The Service includes:

• Daily step delivery across chosen growth areas.
• Optional reflection logging (mood and notes).
• Private progress tracking and attempt history.
• A private badge system.
• Growth area selection and switching.
• Gentle, opt-in notifications.

4. Accounts & Registration

4.1 Guest Access

You may use GrowDaily as a guest without registering. Guest data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of guest data upon app deletion or reinstallation.

4.2 Registered Accounts

You may register using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4.3 Account Security

Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Pricing

• Monthly: $2.99 per month.
• Yearly: $19.99 per year.
• Lifetime: $49.99 one-time payment.
• 30-day Confidence Program: Available as an optional one-time add-on.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. We do not process refunds directly. For issues, please contact [email protected] and we will assist where possible.

5.4 No Dark Patterns

We do not use forced trials, hidden charges, or manipulative upsell tactics. All pricing is displayed transparently.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, text, and features of GrowDaily are the exclusive intellectual property of Saurabh Infosys or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The content provided in GrowDaily — including daily steps, reflections, and badge systems — is for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, disorder, or disease.

If you are experiencing serious anxiety, depression, trauma, or any mental health concern, please seek support from a qualified mental health professional. GrowDaily is not a substitute for professional care.

This disclaimer is displayed in our onboarding flow, app store listing, and settings for full transparency.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific personal growth outcomes.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saurabh Infosys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete the app from your device. To delete your account, contact us at [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the Service.

Upon termination, your licence to use the app ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Gujarat, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and providing notice in the app. Your continued use after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
